This is for 29 new dwellings with access via the new Bellway/ Hawthorn Estate and the Northern Road. The plan includes a shared surface scheme which is contrary to the unanimously resolved views of the members of Sefton Council. If the scheme were to be approved then I will be asking that a conventional 60mm raised paving scheme is included on at least one side of the street to enable safe access Children, blind, disabled people with special needs and older people.
